OTK Klimatinstallationer focuses on Swedish quality

In the Romberga residential area in Enköping, a long-term ventilation project is underway that is gradually modernising the indoor environment for residents. Since 2017, the OTK Klimatinstallationer AB was responsible for replacing older exhaust air systems with modern ventilation solutions in 700 flats - an extensive programme that is being implemented in stages.

During a working visit to the site, we met with Mr Daniel and Mr Andreas from OTK, together with Saga OskarssonThe visit was an opportunity to follow the development of the project closely and to see the FTX units from Acetec installed as part of of the initiative.

In several steps towards a more cost-effective and flexible ventilation solution

The initial phases were based on centralised ventilation, but in recent and future phases the focus has shifted to a decentralised solution - one ventilation unit per apartment. This change is motivated by both cost efficiency and flexibility.

As part of this initiative, OTK has chosen to install Acetec's ventilation units EvoAir A60T. During the first phase, which started with deliveries in March 2024, 74 units of the first generation EvoAir A60T were installed. Since then, all of them have been operating without any fault reports or technical problems. Nor have there been any complaints from residents, either about noise levels or other disturbances.

In the current phase, a further 36 units of the new generation EvoAir A60T G2 White installed, with a further 63 planned during the year.

The reason why OTK chooses products from Acetec AB are several - such as Swedish production, competitive prices and top-class after-sales support. In this particular project, however, no such support has yet been needed - which in itself is a mark of quality.
