Almost every week Lasse, Erik, Patrik and Edvin drive on Köpman Ventilation from Orsa up towards the mountains of Sälen. That's where most of their work takes place - among ski slopes, mountain huts and holiday dreams.
This time also Saga Oskarsson, sales representative at Acetec (Stockholm and surroundings), had the honour of joining us to look at two of our joint projects.

Köpman Ventilation AB | Sälen | EvoAir A60T G2 and EvoDry 60 Pro | 2024/2025 |
Working with good local knowledge Köpman Ventilation regularly servicing, maintaining and installing ventilation systems, including in properties linked to ski and holiday resorts in Sälen. Now it's the turn of an area of red houses where mountain travellers can rent their own cabin.
In connection with the renovation of the red houses, the ventilation systems have been thoroughly upgraded. Köpman Ventilation has replaced older counterflow heat exchangers with new, modern FTX units of the model Acetec EvoAir A60T G2 - an upgrade that brings several clear improvements.
With a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, this is an investment that will make a difference, both in terms of air quality and in the form of lower energy costs for the property owner over time.
One of the reasons why the choice fell on EvoAir A60T G2 is its compact size in relation to its capacity. There are few units on the market that deliver as much air in that size - a clear advantage when space is limited.
The units are supplied complete with a control unit, which facilitates the adjustment of air flows and makes commissioning easy. The control unit is clear and contains the functions needed to adapt the system to the needs of different properties.
The circuit board is also thoughtfully designed and prepared for different types of accessories, which can be easily installed afterwards without the need to rebuild the system or add unnecessary devices. These are solutions that make installation both efficient and flexible, which makes life easier for both installers and property owners in the long run.
Sustainability is more than just a buzzword - it is an integral part of today's construction and installation projects. Materials are being utilised as much as possible during the renovations in Sälen. One concrete example is a ventilation unit from Acetec that is around ten years old and is now being carefully dismantled. The unit is still in very good condition and is therefore being saved for reuse in a future project.
The fact that this particular unit is also reversible makes it even more flexible and easier to adapt to new premises with different conditions. It's small details that make a big difference - especially when you think long-term.
Whilst we were there, we took the opportunity to have a look at another installation, this time from a completely different part of the Acetec range.
In one of the snowmobile garages belonging to the ski and mountain operations in Sälen, there is a Pro dehumidifiers from Acetec and do their job quietly.
The garage is used to store around ten snowmobiles, which are often parked still covered in snow and ice. This contributes to a high level of humidity in the room and causes meltwater and moisture to remain on the floor and equipment for a long time. But for the Pro dehumidifier, this is no obstacle. It has delivered years of stable operation and continues to keep the environment dry and controlled, despite the demanding conditions.
The Pro series from Acetec is specifically designed for demanding environments such as large garages, warehouses and other spaces where humidity needs to be kept under control. The series consists of four desiccant dehumidifiers with support for cloud services, Modbus communication and energy-efficient operation - features that make them both smart and reliable in the long run.
We thank the team at Köpman Ventilation for the tour in Sälen and look forward to showcasing more exciting projects where Acetec products contribute to a better indoor climate.
